Formerly a Partner at Knight Frank & Associate Partner at Edward Symmons with over 20 years experience in the Merseyside, Sefton & West Lancs commercial property market. Graham is also a time served member of the front row union (Ormskirk RUFC 1st XV – now retired).
Nigel is a Chartered Surveyor with a Master's Degree in Surveying from the University of Reading. He is furthermore a Durham University graduate with a degree in Modern Languages, he also spent time living in Europe and studied at the Università per Stranieri Perugia. Nigel has over 10 years experience in the local market. When away from the office Nigel spends time with his family and in the gym.
John was born in Ormskirk and has been an agent /consultant for over 35 years, during which time he has sold many of the important commercial properties and prestige homes in the region. He is passionate about the area and its future growth and heritage. John furthermore specialises in land sales and strategic planning gain. He also enjoys squash, skiing and tennis when away from office.
Since graduating Liverpool Hope University with a Marketing and Media degree. Cerys has built up a wealth of experience in both lettings & sales. A fantastic problem solver, strong communicator and personably nature, Cerys is a valued new member of the Fitton Estates team.
Jill joined Fitton Estates bringing over 20 years of experience in property administration from an estate agency, surveying, architectural and agricultural background.
