The restaurant is well appointed with a servery, and adjoining kitchen. The Restaurant and kitchen were newly fitted in 2021.
The restaurant is immediately adjacent to the Runner Plat Bar, Lounge, and outside Terrace, offering scope to serve bar snacks, in addition to food in the restaurant.
The restaurant has an electronic ordering system, which is linked to the bar for food and drink orders.
The restaurant and kitchen is available at a competitive rent, and the ingoing tenant would have the benefit of the landlords' fixtures and fittings.
The rent is inclusive of business rates (under the current charity exemption rules). In respect of utilities, and monthly maintenance of the electronic ordering system there would be an open book pro rata contribution arrangement.
The tenant to be responsible for any internal repairs and cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen, and waste removal of kitchen food stuff.
There is also a separate function room, known as the Terrace Room, seating up to 120 guests with its own dispensing kitchen. The Terrace Room hosts many functions during the year. (Birthday parties, christenings, weddings, conferences, and funeral receptions etc.) providing additional catering opportunities.
The Runner Plat Bar and Lounge is currently open at the following times, but opening times could be changed, subject to negotiation.
