Security Barrier Entry - Occupiers Provided with Access Code.
Each storage unit will have an electric door and internal sensor light fittings accessed by way of a security barrier will be provided with entry code (which will be updated/changed periodically).
Please note only storage will be permissible, not workshop or manufacturing uses, with access permitted from 7am to 11pm with no external parking or storage.
Tenants will be responsible for the insurance of any contents stored.
